The importance of photographs completely changed when I had my first baby. I fell in love with capturing the fleeting stages that my babies went through. I would find myself (& still do) scrolling through pictures of them every night. My heart constantly fluctuating between the excitement & heartache of watching them grow.

When my son was one he went through a stage where he smiled with the biggest, goofiest, scrunched nose face. every. single. time.

But, like each stage before, one day the smile vanished & I haven’t seen it since. It will forever have a hold on my heart. I hope when I’m old and he’s grown the pictures of that cheesy grin can still transport me back to that time - even if just for a moment.

My mission is to photograph in a way that reminds you of the magical moments you share with your family each & every day in this season of life. And my greatest hope is that these pictures will transport you back to this time - even if just for a moment.
